Self-Pay

For those who hold insurance plans other than the plans listed above, those who do not have insurance, or those who choose to self-pay for services, my hourly rates are listed below. I am able to provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance company if you would like to pursue out-of-network reimbursement with your insurance carrier. If you choose to pursue reimbursement from your carrier, please call your insurance company's customer support line and inquire about your coverage with out-of-network providers.

15-minute phone consultation -FREE

Initial intake appointment - $150

Standard 50-minute therapy session - $125

Sliding Scale Payment

I reserve a portion of my practice for services provided on a sliding fee scale. If you are not able to access therapy due to lack of insurance or financial hardship, please inquire about sliding scale payment options.
