My Approach
I offer evidence-based therapy—approaches supported by research and tailored to your individual needs. Our work together will be collaborative: I will help you recognize the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while also uncovering the values that can guide your growth. I take a holistic perspective, considering the physical, emotional, behavioral, and spiritual dimensions of well-being, and I view you as the expert on your own life.
At the heart of my approach is the belief that therapy is about creating space to explore who you are and who you want to be. Together, we will identify the strengths you already have, the barriers that hold you back, and the values that can inspire lasting change. My role is to provide support, structure, and tools so that you can build insight, reconnect with what truly matters, and take steps toward living more fully and authentically.
